Rowan Recreation Ground Refurbished

We have been delighted to see so many people enjoying our newly refurbished Rowan Recreation Ground over the summer.

Working with Merton Council, your Longthornton Labour councillors Brenda Fraser, Ross Garrod and Marsie Skeete secured investment to provide a brand-new playground and splash pad and for the much-used basketball court to be re-laid and equipment repainted. It looks incredible now!

We have also allocated funding to repaint the goal posts and resurfacing the ground at Oakleigh Way Recreation Ground. This follows upgrade work to the tennis courts there, which are free for you to use.
