Siobhain opens Lillie’s Tea Room in Lower Morden

Lower Morden

On 9th November, Merton and Sutton Joint Cemetery welcomed the grand opening of ‘Lillie’s in the Garden’, a tea room opened in the memory of Lillie Clack. The opening was held on what would have been Lillie’s 25th birthday. Having attended the opening alongside Councillor Sally Kenny, I can tell you what a fantastic job they have done in creating this community hub.

All proceeds from the opening and funds raised through the sale of their fantastic teas and cakes will go towards the charity Lillie’s mum has set up called ‘Eyes Wet Now’. The charity will provide support for bereaved families in our wider community.

Lillie’s tearoom will be open everyday.
