New crossings to be installed on St Helier Avenue

Mitcham & Morden

This summer Transport for London held a public consultation on proposals to improve bus services on the Dore Gardens area of St Helier Avenue to make the area a safer environment for pedestrians.

The consultation proposed a new pedestrian crossing at Langdon Walk and Dore Gardens, making St Helier Avenue easier to cross. This was a success, and your local councillors are in full support of ensuring St Helier is safe for pedestrians.
