Holding Clarion to account in Figges Marsh
We’ve continued pressing Clarion to improve its service for residents. Since our last newsletter we’ve been working hard with residents on Sadler Close, which has seen a months long gas shut-off across the estate and electricity blackouts.
As your local Labour Action Team we will always be the first to respond to any issues you may face. When we first heard of the struggle residents in Sadler’s Close faced, we got to action right away. That is why we’ve been out door knocking to hear residents’ concerns and have encouraged Clarion staff to do the same. We’ve also pushed for Clarion to step up its communications with residents and to provide clear timelines for repairs.
