St Marks Academy achieve Outstanding rating from Ofsted

All the wonderful teachers, students, and staff at St Marks Academy are due a massive congratulations because they have recently achieved an “Outstanding” rating from Ofsted.

The examiners were so impressed by the school that they made special reference to how “pupils flourish” and “achieve highly across the curriculum”. More than just good grades, the examiners also said that “the school feels like a family”. They are certainly right about all of that.

Ms Fahey, the head teacher, should feel very proud of what she and her staff have achieved at St Marks. It is a fantastic place for children living in Cricket Green to learn and we are lucky to have them. The children clearly enjoy learning there.
